NASCAR on Ice AKA short track speed skating

 

Apolo Anton Ohno leads eventual gold-medal winner, Lee Jang-su of South Korea in the 1500m finals.

 

Korean short track skaters Sung Si-Bak and Lee Ho-Suk crash in the final laps of the mens 1500m short track speed skating event at Pacific Coliseum Saturday evening. Their crash allowed Apolo Anton Ohno to win the silver medal and moved into a tie with Bonnie Blair for the most medals won by an American athlete in Winter Olympic Games competition.
