If the Royal Canadian Mounted Police are accurate, it was VANOC that dropped the ball by letting a mentally ill man with a homemade pass get within a few yards of US VP Joe Biden.

This new revelation follows the report that the Biden motorcade was involved in an accident which injured former US Olympian, Peggy Flemming.
